Who we are

TripTamba is a personal, non-commercial project that publishes free travel guides. It is operated from Spain and governed by Spanish law.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Good faith and accuracy

We work in good faith to make our guides useful, accurate, and up to date. Every guide is personally reviewed before publication and shows the date of its last verification and the sources consulted.

Even so, things change and we can make mistakes. Opening hours, prices, regulations, transport, and travel conditions may shift without notice. We cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at all times.

Your trip is your responsibility

TripTamba is an information resource, not a travel agency or official advisory. Before booking or travelling, always verify critical information (visas, health requirements, safety advice, bookings, pricing) directly with official sources.

You are responsible for your own research, decisions, and travel plans. TripTamba is not responsible for your trip, nor for any loss, damage, delay, injury, expense, or inconvenience that may result from using the information on this site.

Use of the site

TripTamba is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our guides and share short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

• Scrape or republish our content without written permission
• Use our content to train machine learning models
• Use the Service in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others

Contributions

If you spot an error or want to add information, use the correction form available on each guide. All contributions are reviewed before publication. By submitting a contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and publish it as part of our guides.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and content of TripTamba are owned by TripTamba and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The names, logos, and visual identity of the site may not be used without permission.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on TripTamba infringes your copyright, contact us through the contact form with:

• A description of the work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact details
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized

We will investigate and remove material found to infringe.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. We encourage informal resolution of any dispute first; any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
